This is an exciting opportunity to join a national radio, television, and podcast network.

In this position, you will work with national advertising clients or multi-service agencies, acting as an integral link between us and the client or agency. You are responsible for the coordination of advertising campaigns and therefore, communicating clearly to all those involved. You will understand our clients' needs and objectives and liaise closely with them throughout campaigns, often on a daily basis. You also manage administrative and campaign details and ensure that advertising projects are completed on time and on budget.

You also faciliate achieving goals with other teams including editorial, digital marketing, and production.

Duties and Responsibilities

Devising an advertising campaign that meets the client's brief and budget
Assisting with the formulation of marketing strategies
Liaising with, and acting as the link between us, clients, and the advertising agency by maintaining regular contact with both, ensuring that communication flows effectively
Negotiating the details of campaigns
Presenting creative work to clients for approval or modification
Writing advertising results reports
Monitoring the effectiveness of campaigns
Making 'pitches', along with staff, to try to win new business
Cold calling skills a must
Coordinating radio and digital advertisements to national advertisers and staff


Skills and Specifications

Direct media experience in a broadcast and digital business
Experience in developing multi-media advertising campaigns
Must be a self-starter who can prioritize and be productive with minimal oversight
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong sense of urgency in accomplishing goals


Education and Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business or related field
3-5+ years of in advertising, marketing and related experience
A demonstrated ability to develop and maintain relationships
Experience in radio, television and digital advertising is a definite plus
