Seeking a Customer Support Specialist for a busy utility management company, to greet Utility customers, take payments, setup new accounts, and answer multi-line phone system in a professional and friendly matter.

Skills & Requirements: Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years office experience, be proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word. A positive outgoing attitude is a must and ability to multi-task is necessary to succeed in this environment. Professional appearance and demeanor are essential.

A qualified candidate must be able to pass a background screening and drug test.
