We are a private agency specializing in providing a variety of services including PR, Event Services, Consulting, Talent Management, Personal Assisting and Concierge services.

Currently, we have four openings for Personal Assisting Positions.
(Please inquire about other positions available including private chefs, masseurs, bartenders & event servers. We also have three summer intern positions left: Photographer, Graphic Design, Web/Mobile Design. We may have one PA Intern position opening soon)

Personal Assistant Job Description

You will be assisting clients with day-to-day operations and helping them navigate their day. As a personal assistant, you will work with an individual, rather than as a shared assistant amongst a pool of executives.

This is strictly part time, no benefits at this time. Hours can reach over full time potentially depending on the client need and ONLY if you choose. This is perfect for people who have jobs and need to make extra money, those who want side income, or just want a very flexible position where they can have random schedule allotments. This is a position that can see steady growth and promotion.

Due to the fact that we offer services a variety of ways which include pre-booked, on-demand & period will vary. On demand/On Call bookings will earn more than pre-booked. You will always at LEAST receive the minimum wage of $10/hr with a minimum amount of hours paid per job.

Most assistant jobs require at least a high school diploma, but we are open to the right candidates. School isn't everything.

Listening and Communication Skills: You will be expected to follow instruction from your client, and your ability to understand those instructions with little or no follow up will be appreciated by them. Also, you might need to relate messages or instructions to others, so good listening and communication skills ensures that the information is relayed correctly.

People/Interpersonal Skills: You will be working directly with at least one person: your client. But you also might be the first line of communication between your client and the outside world, potentially speaking with their clients, other employees and businesses.

Organizational Skills: Your client will likely rely on you to keep the working day in order. Scheduling meetings, travel plans, billing, etc. will all require a successful personal assistant to have terrific organizational skills.

Computer Skills: Writing emails, transcribing notes, faxing, copying, and creating spreadsheets or printing documents MAY figure heavily in an personal assistant's day. We will always assign a PA with a client that matches their skill needs.

You MUST have reliable transportation, a valid driver's license & a smart phone. A laptop or iPad is a huge plus. Most clients will provide for their duties, but always helps to be prepared.
